We'll see you at HighLevel Summit 2026 in Dallas
Basim and Joana will be at the HighLevel Summit in Dallas this October, at the Hilton Anatole from the 26th to the 29th. If you are going, we would genuinely like to meet you there.
Why we go
We do not go to conferences for the tote bag. We go because the platform our clients run on moves fast, and the difference between hearing about a capability in October and hearing about it in February is a quarter of compounding for every business we look after.
Three things come back with us every year:
- The newest platform capabilities, seen first-hand rather than read about in a changelog
- Relationships with the affiliates and partners building the tools we plug into your account
- A clear read on where the roadmap is going, which shapes what our own development team builds next
What our team is bringing
Our developers have been shipping steadily all year: the booking and onboarding flow, the AI agents that answer your leads at two in the morning, the reporting that tells you which campaign actually paid for itself. Summit is where we pressure-test that work against what everyone else is doing, and come back with a sharper list.
Joana will be deep in the advertising sessions. Meta changes its hand often enough that a year-old playbook is a liability, and our Premium clients feel the difference directly.
Come and say hello
If you are a client, a community member, or just someone who has been reading along, find us. We would rather have a real conversation in a hallway than another email thread.
And if you cannot make it, that is fine too. Everything worth knowing comes back into the Engine, into Weekly Coaching, and into what we build for you. That is rather the point of having someone go.

The one cron job every agency should have running
There is one specific scheduled job every agency should run nightly. It catches every brand that has gone quiet, every task that has been open too long, every client whose hours are slipping. Fifteen minutes to build.
Why most agencies fail with AI without an operating system
A real take on the gap between agencies bolting on AI tools and agencies that actually scale with them. The difference is not the tool. The difference is the operating system underneath.
